The Comedy Box's original email system offered a flexible interface that made it easy for the website owner to create email content. However, as the volume of emails increased and the number of shows grew, managing campaigns became more complex. Additionally, there was a clear need for a refreshed email design to better capture recipients' attention and enhance engagement.

To address these challenges, I began by introducing a modern, visually appealing email design. This redesign featured improved responsiveness, larger, eye-catching images, and updated fonts to create a bold, professional appearance that made the emails stand out.

In addition to the design overhaul, I revamped the system to streamline the process of adding shows to email campaigns while preserving its flexibility. The updated system allowed show details to be imported directly from the database into the existing email creation form. This enabled the website owner to easily integrate website content into their email campaigns and make further customisations as needed.

The result was a solution that combined a fresh, engaging design with enhanced usability, ensuring a seamless and efficient email campaign management experience.
